Loong Totem received with no battery charger

Hi i've joined up today, i received loong totem yesterday all i received was battery and 20 cartridges in bubble wrap. i originally ordered the one battery model + 2 cartridges to try the product with e:liquid for my other e cigs (mini cigarette and super mini model dse103) but the e:liquid couldn't be shipped due to olympics so had 20 cartridges instead for the value.
so i have been very dissapointed in the way this product has arrived it basically arrived in some old bubble wrap cartridges and battery slapped in plastic bag. at present unable to use but i did try a few puffs before the battery died the smoke is incredible out of this e cig and anything else we've tried, but as far as the taste imagine smoking paper taste with no kick but saying that who knows with what i've received up until now, flat battery 20 cartridges and no charger.

At present they are trully sorry but want me to buy a further 50 carts but they will ship it to me free rather than the £30 plus it costs us from the uk,ha ha i've already paid shipping with the original order.thats my compensation

i need to spend another £45.00 quid to get the rest of my original order completed (missing itemws) anyway going to cook my blokes tea who's puffing on his mini while waiting for his sedansa to arrive from belgium

i ordered directly from loomg totem as nobody in the uk sells it i'm curious about this product as i am about to start selling e cig direct to the public which is why i am trying a few different ones out

the taste was like burning paper and no hit to the throat but who knows battery was down it took about a week in all after various e mails backwards and forwards but i think probably about 3 days which aint bad from china

is hte taste unbearable? Or just 'kinda off'? Try a little eliquid in it when you get hte charger (They should ship it for free since it was there oversight) See if that helps the flavor. I was just abotu to order a kit, but your story stopped me- your battery won't fit another mini charger?

every single review ive seen about this product,foreign and now on this forum,says it tastes like crap.

then theres the smouldering issue...i just dont think the design is safe,and ive seen pictures and reviews to back that up,and the burning taste worries me.

finally,its still too expensive,and i like dealing with relatively local suppliers.

so really i personally wouldnt even consider buying this particular model.
maybe an improved one in the future...but not this one.

Oh boy, an other scam from China.
Ship everything but "forget" the charger, and charge the customer again for shipping cost.

I will never ever order from China again!

tried all the charges we have different thread

but dont know if e liquid works yet until we receive the charger i've even tried screwing the filter cartridge on other batteries we have but dont power cartridges at all so these batteries are obviously dedicated to this make

this really makes me hope the g300 isn't made by loongtotem and has a different design/build quality ...

darcy did bring up some excellent points. not a single loongtotem review has been made NOT including a burning type taste... eeeek
