    They must be even more upset than we are - this may be their livelihood. Or at least a part of it. And they are having problems getting product. These may be small enterprises who can only buy smallish quantities at a time and are trying to grow so they can live the american dream. Or large suppliers who's orders arise suspicion to customs.

    Anyway, while I hate waiting for inventory, and will develop carpal tunnel searching your site for availability, I also feel for you suppliers, especially my fave guy - Smilin.

    So while I may be in the minority, just wanted to say thank you for being there and giving us this opportunity to buy e-cigs. And I hope you guys thrive for giving us this opportunity to quit this horrible habit of real cigarettes.

    I know this sounds sappy, but I have a better reason than most for needing e-cigs and the U.S. suppliers who bring them to the rest of us.

    But I will give you suppliers one piece of advice, respond to the people that are trying to give you their business. Vapor4Life is my guy because nothing is more important to him than customer service. Does he have a better product? In my opinion yes, but there are two other companies that have the same product - one at a lower price, haven't even looked at the other - but I know he will be there, because he always responds quickly - and ships same day - so he will be my guy. Whoa, I have "a guy"! LOL!

    Yes. I second that Valie... I mean it's not like they are all standing in front of a vault of locked juice watching us run around all frantic while they giggle lol... However, I do agree that letting the customer know whats going on goes a really long way.....Ivy

    I agree..... communication IS key !! However, all of us consumers are nicotine addicts (and short on ANY patience to be calm during vendor supply issues while this new fad is exploding on top of legality/customs issues).

    Add to that, we now live in the day of "self entitlement", so if you really think about it, it would be near impossible for a vendor on any scale to manage multiple irate impatient emails on top of large inflowing orders being placed to make everyone happy.

    As much as "we" are learning our new addiction, "they" are learning to adapt to a progressively large growing new industry.

    I can't imagine it being a fun time for either of us at the moment.
