Well I did receive my new atty yesterday and all is good with the NJoy again. However - I got my 910 on Monday and I am in love with that. The hit is so much better and I just like the overall features of it so much more. So the NJoy has now become the emergency backup unit.

after i finally contacted njoy they did take care of me. They sent me a replacement battery. Because they only had white they also sent me an atomizer.
Seems you just have to keep at them when you have a problem

It's been said around here that NJOY is out of product. I got my NCIG starter kit today so perhaps they got some in. It did take a few weeks.

Also, sorry to rehash an old debate, but I can't see the holes on the atomizer or battery anywhere but it draws just fine. I wanted to see for myself whether this is a 2- or 4-hole atomizer, but I couldn't see any. I searched the forum for related posts but couldnt find any. What am I missing here?

Also, as an aside, the ncig blows the npro out of the water for ease of draw and vapor production, just a ridiculous difference, although the vapor is cooler so that does weaken the overall experience a little.

EDIT: After a few hours: The amount of flavor and throat hit is much less on the ncig than the npro. Nevertheless, the fact that I haven't had to refill or change batteries yet, along with the vapor being consistent, still makes the ncig better to me. I hated fidgeting with the npro all the time and still having it not work frequently.

Tugger, I completely agree. I love my NCIG (and subsequent DSE801s which are the same). I believe the NCIG is a 2 hole atomizer. The DSE801s I just got from EastMall are 4 hole. There is a little more vapor with the 4 hole from what I can tell but otherwise seems to me at least to be nominal difference between the two.
