i am sixty three years of age bob.. an addict since the day i left school at the age of fifteen.. let me do some maths.. at an average if 30 cigs per day thats 525,600 cigarettes.. at an average of 15 puffs per cigarett thats 7.884.000 direct inhalations of baby killing cancer causing evil tobacco smoke..

u will have to forgive me for being a little blase and cynical about the dangers of adding the odd extra puff to my grand total..

I feel that in the morning, the e-cig gives enough of a kick to get me started! However, i always start the day with a fresh battery, and a fresh cartridge.
I am smoking less and less of the old school cigs, so i guess i'll soon be on e-cigs only :-)

Still smoke normal cigs as well as the e-cig. Like them both. E-cigs great for when I'm at work or visiting my non-smoking friends

some people quit entirely using ecigs, some dont.

i think it all comes down to how determined you are to abstain from regular cigs...some are happy to just cut down.

for me,its all or nothing...i dont want to smoke real cigs anymore,i now have a decent alternative,so i dont.

There are two times of the day for me that are tough ... The first cig in the morning with a serious cup of coffee and a cooked breakfast, yup I have a cooked breakfast everyday. And after dinner with a nice glass of whatever I fancy ... CCC is hard to beat, Coffee, Cognac and a Cigar.

I am still a bit tempted first thing in the morning. That's when I hit my Ruyan Vegas E-cigar. It's not so much that it's so strong, but it's formulated to absorb more easily, so you don't have to inhale it. So, when I do, it packs a powerful punch.
