China suppliers?

I had a big order (~300) from RD, came to Colorado in 6 days. All parts were there without any errors and they all worked. I had like 16 battereys for different models and they were all fully charged. Good prices, fast dilivery and great products. I highly recomend them.

Hi all, new to the forums and to e-smoking (didn't even know it existed before last week, it's a whole sub-culture, who knew?)

I currently use an NJOY NCIG (which I love) and just ordered 2 801s from Eastmall last week (4/19), it went into customs on 4/22, and arrived at my door on 4/23! That's faster than Amazon lol.

I also have an NPRO from NJOY and wanted to exchange it, but got this today from Chelsea:

I apologize sincerely, today I was just given word that we don’t have any product to exchange anymore.

The government has stopped our shipments and we are out of product.

We will be able to continue operating as usual when the government is done with their ‘investigation’.

I apologize, and hopefully this will be solved shortly.

So are you telling me Njoy will no longer warranty their product.

Thats funny they seem to be selling everywhere?

Its not a good sign if Njoy can't warranty anymore. Will they sell new units to customers?

Hopefully they will get it resolved soon. I went on their site and just about all of the products say:

"TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK, PRODUCT ON BACKORDER"

I will keep on them as I do want to exchange the NPRO.
