What is the Small Order Situation?

i've had 3 orders from china, 2 large, 1 small. the small one isn't here yet. the large ones were marked "personal vaporizers" and were in customs for 2 days. no problems whatsoever, thank goodness.

all of these were from best e-cig.

Thanks for the info. I have a rather large personal supply order and I am crossing my fingers. It was shipped today.

My order on Monday was my second order with David. My first order, the tracking didn't work either. After a while, David refunded my money as we did not know where the heck it went. I received the package about a week later! (I have about 70-80mls left) I'm trying to slowly stock up - and I have to pick and choose, to me - having liquid on hand is most important.
My last order was unflavored 36ml, I've been using it to mix up my own juice and I love it!

The problems when they occur are international aren't they? Are we having any problems at all with orders coming in domestically?

Because if its just the stuff your getting from China, well that could end up stopping for a number of reasons that have nothing to do with e-cig regulations and everything to do with tarrifs, and world politicts.

Just to add to the pile of small packages getting through. I got my order from RuyanDirect yesterday. No problems at all. It arrived at customs on Saturday and was in my hands on Tuesday. 8 Days total from hitting the submit button to cutting through the tape (including a weekend obviously).

I have my third small shipment coming in from Eastmall. I've ordered 3 times since March. It just cleared customs (all of my orders have only spent a day in customs with no problems noted) today so I should be receiving it in a day or two.

I ordered 2 packs (10 bottles) of 555 State express liquid and some more spare parts. I put in the order last week. You just need to be a little patient with Eastmall but they do a good job with automatic updates. I will always keep ordering from him as a result. I never had a real complaint so I don't know how he handles complaints regarding defects and such but the prices are so good that I'm not sure it would even be worth a future argument.

He even states on his website that it's best to keep the orders of liquid especially, small, to avoid any customs delays and that's what I'm pretty much doing. I never want to order just liquid by itself, I would get liquid plus parts. He seems to mark everything as "gift pens" or something

As for shipments...my batts and atoms from SLB cleared customs in 1 day. But its also Canadian Customs

Ruyan is the best! My 40 kits 50 atoms and tons of other stuff I got today did sit in customs for 2 days, but got it.

Now I have 50 30ml and 50 atoms coming sent today should be ok

I have received many orders not single problem

Wow this really sucks. I've been ordering from beci at bestecig and have never had a problem. Than again i've never ordered more than a few at a time. Maybe smoking anywhere's lawsuit will make the FDA back off.
