What is the Small Order Situation?

Are there any of us "little people" having problems getting small orders through yet?

I'm hoping my atomizer order gets here. (only atomizers, so maybe it won't be a problem at this point in time.)

There are lot of people on the forum saying that they are getting the small orders through....I'm in the same boat you are - I've got an order of attys coming from Ruyan......keeping my fingers crossed.

I have yet to have a small order get snagged.

My order stated the contents was a Pen Style Vaporizer and made it through just fine.

I think us small timers are OK for now.

Where I work, we get a lot of imports that are seized by US Customs. Most of the time the seizure is due to incomplete paperwork for entry. Sometimes it's contriband that has to be destroyed. If we ever get some e-cigs and have to destroy them, I think I may cry.

My hubby and I ordered a pipe (601) and 3 atomizers for my 901 on the 21st from eastmall. The package spent about 24 hours in customs and arrived today. Phew!

I check this morning on USPS site and it said it's in my town, so should get it today hopefully, mine was a penstyle kit and an automizer.

So mine didn't get held up any.

Interesting that you started this thread, Just Saturday I receievd one of my packages from Heavens Gift, Ruyan Direct, from China,
maybe $100.00 order, ordered and received in less than 8 days and it came Special mail, to be signed for. Not that being signed for is so unusal, but that it came thru a special mail courier, that was a first
Also, Wayne from HG, mentioned to me that there is a large Chinese hoilday coming from end of April to ?? I cant remember, that NO shippments will be made during that time

The same thing when Vaporello sent my package, no marking at all, and needed to be signed sent by special carrier!
Do not know what any of it means, however, I can't imagine all these little packages are being checked at customes

As for shipments...my batts and atoms from SLB cleared customs in 1 day. But its also Canadian Customs

Glad ya got it Cos.

I got an e-mail from them that they just got stock in, and placed the order today. I hope they ship it before their Holiday. Thanks for the heads up, I'll keep checking for the shipping date.
