I know you can run your ecig using a passthrough with this device but can it be used to successfully charge batteries as well?

Dh has blown 3 901 attys on the passthrough, without the Kensington. He's been doing fine with an 801 on the Kensington. I think he was getting the 901's too hot and burning them out. I've told him to let the atty cool a little between vapes. He was getting it too hot to hold.

Lucky, I have a myvaporstore 901 passthru and kensington..However, I havent totally laid down my analogs until I get my mod this weekend..So I'm probably not using it like you are...But, I have cut down the analogs alot and vape too...And I do notice it gets really hot..So when I'm vaping I keep my pilot going as well..Alternating each... Now by next week I'll probably be vaping like a chimney thru the withdraws lol .. I'm going to keep up the alternating system..Hopefully I wont start blowing attys ( one of my attys actually came back to life with it)..I'll get back with you on it... And no Gadget, the kensington does not charge your batteries..It IS a battery power pack..So you charge IT... It just last a whole lot longer and delivers a whole lot more power then your e- cig batteries..You use the passthru with it = saves time, money and the hassel of constantly recharging your e-cig batts..Some only use those for public use |

I returned my Kensington today and I am purchasing a different one on a friend's recommendation and I am not using a 4075 on it and we'll see what happens.

It does seem to be the people using 801s on these kensingtons aren't having any problems. I was using 4075's and they were toasting like turkeys every few days. Soooooooo I don't know if it was the 4075s on the kensington or what. They sure weren't toasting on regular batteries like they were with the passthrough. I bought a different power pack today and returned my kensington and when I get the new power pack I'll be using a best e cig atty on it and it's not a 4075 nor a 901 it's a knock off of those two and doesn't heat as hot, so let's see if this works out. I'll keep you all posted. But it does seem to be people using 801s aren't having problems.
