when running on usb power it is better to drip rather than use a cart. The cart when running dry is like taking the oil out of a car engine, you will fry the coil if its not wet.

Ya I notice they get hot, but this last one I had in was just doing fine and not over heating or anything working like a charm and then bam it's toast! It's been used for only 4 days all day and night on the kensington with the passthrough.

I'm CONSTANTLY topping off my cartys and they are always wet. I don't want to drip too much on a 901 cuz of the battery hole.

    that would drive me nuts!!!
I have been using the same atty for almost 6 weeks now, which is probably why it was so easy to quit the analogs. I have not had many problems (knocking on wood)

regular batteries and RN4075 atty's, and I hold my finger over the Hole and let them heat up and get really hot before I put them to bed for the night, then I put a paper towel rolled up in the corner inside the atty and let it hang upside down over night. and this atty still produces a ton of vapor.

when I att quits on my USB I soak it in 99% acholol for a while and dry it good and usually it works ok after it gets broken in again. I have a battery that rufuse to turn off and I prime my att's and let the battery break them in.
