this is their return policy:
Return of GreenCig products is made within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges with the returning of the products. Atomizers are not returnable for hygienic reasons. Warrantees do not include returning of products found to be scratched, misused, modified or altered.
Customer must request an RMA via email and contact us to get returning authorizations. The returned product should be packed in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables etc. Please put RMA number outside the package.
...found to be scratched?...30 days...Customer is responsible for shipping.....these better be disposably cheap or they can keep them with a waranty like that...but they wont be so no sale for me...i'll hang onto me 4081

the warranty covers the batteries, charger, etc... which I'm sure you will be able to tell right outta the gate if you are having issues with it or not.
I would understand a long warranty like Janty if the atomizer was meant to last, but its not, thus reflected in the warranty terms.
i have to disagree cahsmere. i have had to return or replace a number of batteries which have started to fail under a month and a little beyond. if green-cig decide to price these batteries expensively and only issue the month's warranty. im out. also its very easy to drop these e-cigs as they are continually being handled and dropping one especially directly on its head breaks them. so i will need to purchase replacements..if their price is expensive and warranty crap that i will be more likely wanting to scam them for replacements. if they are cheap i dont mind buying a load and never availing of the warranty.

Hmmm. My thoughts are opposite. With the atomizer and cart being all in one, a) that is mostly what I'll be purchasing and b) I presume they will be priced accordingly. Each one that doesn't work is another I have to buy to get that one or two days of smoking.
If I budget for 30 pieces per month and first 5 of them don't work, then 9 of them don't work, then 3 of them don't work... I wouldn't find it acceptable over time to absorb those extra costs and provide them further profits (in replacement costs) as a reward for quality problems. If they don't want atomizers returned for hygienic reasons, that's fine, however replacements would still be owed to me.

Not to mention that when an atomizer fails,, the liquid in it is automatically wasted, too.

Looks like the webstore is up. Man 150 bucks for a battery and four carts? Looks like we've got another Ruyan on our hands. Won't be seeing any of my business.
