Try twisting the mouthpiece in the opposite direction to the atomiser whilst pulling away slightly. (if that makes sense??)

Try to twist it, do not pull, just twist counter clock wise.

if twisting doesn't work, i try and rock it back and forth.

if you still can't get it off, unscrew the battery to get it outta the way, hold the atomizer with one hand, grab some pliers with the other, then slowly twist/wiggle/rock

I too had this problem last night with my new penstyle from Pillbox but with just the cap that comes with it. I used my spare atomiser to get going and just attched my charged battery. I didn't dare pull too hard but my dad managed to pull it off before he went to enjoy it at the pub
