| IC, thanx for clearing that up for me Emp, much appreciated ! I got a bit confused as my original Sedansa batteries aren't branded (they only have a code on them), and neither are the new (not so very-)Long Life ones or the Janty Classic batteries. To solve this issue I've used the little stickers around the Sedansa cartridges to mark the Long Life batteries (as they shouldn't mistakenly be put in the charger for the original batteries) and I chose a different colour for the Janty Classic batteries so I could easily tell them apart (in hindsight I didn't really need to be able to tell them apart from the Sedansa originals though as they turned out to be interchangeable anyway, oh well ...). The KISS Box Classic batteries of course are not an issue at all as I purchased the Titanium version...Anyway, I do love the contraption you made ! Showed it to my hubby in the hope that he might be inspired, but I have a feeling it didn't really work (although he was mightily impressed by it as well !)...Perhaps you should think of starting a new business ? I'm sure there'd be a market out there (me for one !)...Cheers, Silver

| Hi DeviLFisH, Yes, I do believe I read somewhere in one of the manuals that if you leaved charged batteries unused for a while, they will lose their charge. Hope that helps... Cheers, Silver

| lithium cells dont tend to self discharge quickly.. they should be able to be put to one side and still function.. trog Last edited by trog100; 07-25-2008 at 01:41 PM. |

| Yeah, if they drain it's real slow, because I ocassionally pull out a battery from my "fully charged" drawer that I havent used in weeks, and they're still charged.
