What happens if I try to oder juice of ecigs from China if they are illegal? Will the feds come to my house?
What happens when a shipment your not supposed to order gets seized by customs?
Can or will charges be brought against me?

No charges will be brought against you. But you probably won't get your stuff either. It will be held in customs and turned over to FDA. They can't do anything about stuff you already have either.

i cant imagine they could make it illegal to use an ecig. thats when i pack up and move to Fiji. =]

Our goverment can't and dosen't move very fast. Costom agents may not know till next year to check some packages. They get thousands a day to check, they can't check all of them.

You are not responsible for mail sent to you unless you sign for it. Even if you sign for it I am unsure, but I used to order special hybrid pot seeds from over seas, and the one time that customs found one of my packages, they just removed the seeds and replaced them with a letter letting me know that it's illegal to import ......... seeds.
