Well done 20ADAY!! Keep it up! Get a super mini for out and about and the penstyle for in the house!

I have drank a few night whilst having the e-cigarette and apart from using it more than usual, no urge to smoke a real one !!

I'm having a bit of trouble giving up the regular cigs. Bought my wife and I a Janty and she had no problem just putting down regular cigs. I have been able to cut down from two packs a day to one as I still feel the urge to smoke. I think it is because I'm not getting enough nicotine from the ecig. I'm using the heavy nicotine. Should I move up to the super strong or suplement ecigs with Stonewall hard snuff? Stonewall tends to give me too much nicotine unless I break them into quarters. I really do want to quit but I'm weak. Anyone out there have the same problem?

Thanks
Brian

Hey Brian ...

Everyone's different, so just because your wife was able to completely give up tobacco cig's doesn't mean you are. I know TB (TropicalBob) has a really high nicotine tolerance, and he supplements his esmoking with snus. You may look to him for tips.

However, I hear Stonewall's hard snuff is really good. You may want to give Johnson Creek Smoke Juice a try ... they have a 24mg juice.
The Juice!

Hope this helps...

Maybe, didnt feel I enjoyed the tobacco I had last nite, just need to be more vigilant in future, its easy to be lazy when your drinking and throw any caution to the wind.

Brian - Maybe try Ariva hard snuff? If you feel like you're getting too much nicotine from Stonewall's (4.0mg) Ariva's got a bit less (1.5mg) from what I've read. I've never tried either, but it may be a better compliment to the e-smoking for you?

good goign! Wish I could get over htis stupid psychological urge to smoke real ciggs- just can't convince myself that these e-ciggs are real ciggs deliverign nicotine- I've always got to have that real cigg to 'top off' the nic levels unfortunately, but I have been able to cut my real smoking in 1/2 which is good- but I still have days where I fall off the wagon & smoke too many.

Glad you're able to quit the real ciggs- We're all rooting for ya- hope it lasts for you- Nicotine- what an ugly drug- some say worse than heroine to quit

It was painless for me aswell. I actually enjoy my ecig alot more, other than the fact that if you dont have backups you're screwed when yours breaks (like me now, waiting for replacements) .. but it tastes a lot better, and feels the same as a cig to me, so I have no reason to miss real cigs

good for you too, though!
