    Default Day 3

Well its my 3rd day using an e-cigarette and I must say I am impressed!

Its been painless for me to not smoke my normal cigarettes, I still have some in the house and feel more inclined to smoke a the e-cigarette, its tastes better and doesnt seem to effect my lungs as badly...

1st Day my first smoke of the day was the e-cigarette as it was delivered early in the morning.. Immediatley after using it, I had a normal cigarette, as even though I didnt feel a terrible urge to have one, I assumed I may be missing something.. I wasnt! I continued to use the e-cigarette all day and again late at night tried another real cigarette, to make sure my e-cigarette was doing something, again the cigarette was not required.

Day 2 I used e-cigarette all day, not a problem regarding the need to smoke real cigarettes. One problem I found though is nicotine dose, its easy to over do it at times and these products are rather random in there nicotine delivery.

Day 3, Im still on the e-cigarette, I feel better for it, nowhere near as bad a toxic body load from these devices and I can breath better as well.. Better though, I do get very thirsty and though my lungs seemed to hate regular smoke, I can tell that inhaling PG is not ideal.. I came to conclusion my lungs preffer pure air

Im going out for a meal with work friends tonight and hoping I can use my e-cigarette instead of normal smokes, I may fall of the wagon after a few to many drinks, but know that it will be effortless to stop the tobacco and return to the e-cigarette...

Anyways thanks for all the support this is a fantastic forum, with what seems genuine and supportive people.. I glad I stumbled upon you all, thanks

Good luck m8, suppose thing to remember is that is psychogical and peer pressure (what probably started you smoking in first place), your led nicotine smoke machines should get you through the task at hand

WELL - WELL, back from my night out lol and didnt fair so well against the smokes.

Had a smoke while getting ready, one in the car... one before my starter, one after my starter, one before my main course, one after, then I hit the pub and smoked 3 cigs lol.. I did at time take the odd puff on my e-cigarette, but it didnt feel like the easy death tobacco method and I declined its help...

I will be back on the e-cigarette wagon tomorrow, as I do find they replace my real cigs easily. BUT socially I still feel more inclined to my tradational smokes..

Anways Im sitting here with a nice cool magners and ice and smoking away, but am still determined this week to be an e-smoker

One thing I did feel when out was how the hell to dose myself with the e-cigarette, its okay bombing yourself out on nicotine when your in the home, but when your out socialising I still feel a normal predicatble cigarette feels more normal to me..

I suppose due to there random nature, when I was out I preffered the guarnteed nicotine does I recieve from tobacco.. but I felt better with the e-smoke and will be back at it soon.... for one my breath now seems sewer like lol anyways hope everyone has a had a mellow e-smoking night.

That's a good reason to have a super-mini. You'll feel less self conscious with one that looks like a real ciggie, and it only holds 2-3 cigs worth of liquid, so you can dose it more like a real ciggie then a pen model

You could be very right M8, I felt very conspicous with with my blue Led e-smoker and it just didnt seem at all the same in a drinking and social situation, but I know this is purley mental, because it perfectly fulfills my needs otherwise, to me it shows that smoking is to a degree and very psychological crutch to myself, if not others.. anyways thanks for your reply, made me have a wee think

This is the same feelings I have recently after having my e cigarette penstyle for 4 days..! I feel if I was walking on the street ..where there is alot of ppl ..I will smoke the real cigarette.

    in smokers areas also ...

    town..

BUT if I am in quiet places , no ppl around ..or less..I will tend to e smoke in sneak mode...

as I mention before , penstyle will attract
"some attention " if I openly to smoke next my country ban this stuffs commerical selling locally..
