Thumbs down Wheres the hit gone!

After smoking my e-cig for a few minutes i always notice that the hit at the back of the throat disappears ,and i find i have to wait at least half an-hour at the minimum before i can feel it at the back of my throat again.
Just interested if anybody else experiences this?

Hey Kit, which e-cig are you noticing this with? I always get a hit from my DSE901B, I notice this sometimes with the RN4081 though.

Spider
I have the 901 mate, my girlfriend has one as well and experiences the same thing its because you have had your fill on the ecig just like a cigarette. The 901b is the same device,
would be very interested in a e-cig that all ways gives you the burn at the back of the throat, but i don't think this exists ,I think its down to how much you use it,have it to much and you dont feel it.
well spider we will see what others post

Yeah I think you're right, that's why I love my 901. For me, it ALWAYS gives me that hit/feeling that I need, but maybe you smoke yours a lot more than me - that would explain it, I think.

If I'm using an atomizer that provides the proper throat feel and that feel is suddenly lost, replacing the battery usually fixes the problem. Also, some carts dry out on top faster than others (within several good puffs) and I need to turn the ecig LED down for a bit and let the cart juice collect nearer the atomizer, or top the cart.

This is with penstyle and 901 ecigs.

Cheers Jamie
but surley putting the ecig led down will not really collect, because the cartridge needs to be heated to drip on the atomizer, but this doesnt explain that if i leave the device for about 40 minutes i the get the burn again???????

Putting the ecig LED down allows the juice in the cartridge to run from bottom of the cart (the mouthpiece) to the top of the cart (nearest the atomizer). Then when I do heat the atomizer there is more liquid against it. At least, that is my theory. I saw this again tonight when I set aside my penstyle, the cart appearing light colored and dry, and picked it up much later finding now the cart full color with liquid on top - it had just run down and collected there. The smoke was very satisfying after that.

I have also had the experience of an atomizer being overheated and becoming unpredictable, and yes then much later it will start smoking fine again. One of my atomizers overheats in just 2 or 3 puffs, I can feel it. It is my best smoker though.

But do you ever find that if you smoke to much you lose the burn!
and its nothing to do with the device?I think you could be right about atomizers playing up cos thats all they do lol
but i can help but think that to many puffs can weaken the hit as well.
would be interesed to here what other DSE 901 users think

I do noticed too
maybe now they all wanna earn more money?

cart soak less e liquid?

and that why most prefer buying bottles of e liquid to drip

yup fresh battery and fresh cart feel the hit
but as battery power decrease as time went by , even u left the battery unattact to the atomiser it will lose some power .I believe.

cart wise also liquid will used up

vapour still constant ..BUT hit is kinda gone like you are smoking air

than slowly as the day gone by , vapour decrease battery decrease ..cart liquid is decrease..thus less hit

no choice as this is an E CIG technology bound to have some flaws...

also depend on invdividual like me ..constant smoke half day I have to change my battery ..for my penstyle

cart wise I don;t wanna changed too often sometime will shake downwards to let the liquid flow to the atomiser gain more few puffs .

I heard 901 and V2 battery wise more faster gone off if u are heavy smoker?
I have ordered this two models will test it
I want to "personally test " to get how it feel.

overall many still mention penstyle batttery and cart last longer.
correct if I am wrong here.

Maybe i will try a fresh battery this afternoon and post back tonight, would be interested to see what TROG has to say he know his batts lol
