I am writing an article
I am writing an article for the college newspaper. I am going to be reviewing some units and talking bout vape in general. Since i want to be the voice of the e-cig community I am asking what points do you all think I should bring up. What is important to this forum. Please speak up and let your voices be heard.

I feel what is the most important is the fact that this is helping people quit smoking analogs and we're all really concerned Big Brother is going to ruin this for all of us and force a lot of people back to the analogs. This really is a better alternative to smoking analogs and we don't want to lose the right to enjoy it.

I feel that this new technology will make a huge difference in the lives of those who smoke. It has come too late for some, God rest them, but it's a second chance at life or longer lives for the rest of us.
If e-cigarettes prove to be the solution for weaning my husband and I off cigarettes, it will worth every dime I have put into it. Even if it only reduces the amount we smoke in the long run, it's still worth it.
What is the most important thing for me is keeping my husband alive.

I think also mentioning how many of us testify to feeling better! Since we can not make the claim to it being healthier, we feel healthier. Maybe also include the other benefits such as no stinky clothes, loosing our beloved smokers hack, smelling things again, no cigarette breath, etc.
Anyway, just my 2 cents and good luck!

I travel A LOT and have always had the decision of a stinky disgusting smoking room, or going all the way down to the front door of the hotel just to get my fix. That was the major thing that I notice. Hope that helps, and good luck with the article! All exposure is great for us at this point!

I would suggest that you emphasise the 'smoking alternative' aspect, rather than saying 'quit smoking', so as to distance e-cigs from NRTs.
Best of Luck! (and I hope you'll let us read the finished artcle
)

These are all great ideas . I have also contacted some vendors here specifically about featuring them. If there are any other vendors that would like to be included let me know. I am also definitely putting a link to this forum.

UAB, great basketball school!
I totally agree with Angela, try to stay away from the quit smoking angle and instead focus on all the positive effects people have reported on this forum.
I would also recommend contacting TropicalBob. He has a career's worth of experience as a reporter for the St. Pete Times on top of being a major advocate for e-cigs so his advice could be invaluable for what your article.
