Next are certainly trying! Have tried to cover every possible method in this applicaton. Seems to me too late and too inspecific. Patents applications aim to be broad to cover all the possible uses of a core idea, but in this case seems like hoping that some detail in there might run; but that's not how the process works - one needs to be clear what exactly is the patentable idea. I doubt there are grounds here for gaining a patent that will not be challenged as I don't see anything new.

Do you think he had been asked to do some tests on an e-cig and decided to try and patent his own? LOL
