Thanks for your input kate. I didnt have an eyedropper handy when I did it so I let the wool from the cartridge soak up the liquid then use tweezers to squeeze a couple of drops from it onto the atomizer. Pretty gutted about my results tbh and dont know what to do now. Do you think I should try again when I've got a proper dropper? I dont really wanna damage my atomizer though at the end of the day and well with the burnt taste I got a feeling its already nearly damaged even though its barely been used lol.

Maybe wait until your atomiser is a bit older and ready to die. I've found that I don't get good vapour from older atomisers with cartridges but if I drip onto the atomiser and just use a mouthpiece without a cartridge I get lots of vapour. I'm far from an expert though, maybe someone with more experience can give you better advice.

What ecig are you using Regan? If it's covered with a guarantee then I don't see the harm in experimenting, just make sure you have a backup while you wait for replacement parts.

Hi Kate,
I'm using the mini cig and have used it that little that I've only gone through a few cartridges but when I started getting the burnt taste etc and was told on the forum that the atomizer is drying out and needs liquid dripped onto it directly, I stopped using it. I bought mine from pillbox38 but I think his warranty aint that long.

Btw, has anyone tried the liquids available on pillbox's site? Are they for the ecig or cigar as I've noticed some people mention a difference between cig and cigar liquid, something about vapour quantities etc.

I've just bought some stuff from Ocado in the UK.

Ocado: Star Kay White Chocolate Extract (Product Information) The ingredients are - water, 45%alcohol and chocolate extract.

Ocado: Perfect Sweet Natural Xylitol (Product Information) This is pure xylitol which is supposed to be soluble in water and good for teeth. I have sensitive teeth and am hoping to find something non-harmful that will coat the enamel of my teeth and reduce the sensitivity. It might be really yukky though, I don't know if I'll like the sweetness.

Ocado also sell Ndali vanilla extract Ocado: Fairtrade Nadali Vanilla Extract (Product Information) I got some of this somewhere else and have been using it in my mix for a couple of weeks. It's vanilla, alcohol 38% and water. The taste is very smooth and subtle. If you want a strong vanilla kick this won't do it, even vapourised neat it's still not strong.

I'm also waiting for an order from Barry Farm in the States Grocery Store Map of Barry Farm Foods. I ordered some candy flavours from them. Their postage rates are reasonable, unlike Bickfords.

I'll report back about these when I've tried them.
