Classifieds Rules & Guidelines - Updated OFTEN & Without Notice

It is YOUR responsibility to stay informed of constant updating being made to this "RULES" posting that occurs OFTEN and without notice !!


General Overview

1. All other forum rules still apply to the Classifieds section.

2. Suppliers (including Modder's as per this rule post: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/for...l-modders.html), may NOT sell any products in the Classifieds section.

3. Only e-cigarettes, e-liquid, and e-cigarette accessories may be sold or traded in the Classifieds section.

4. You may not post ebay links in the Classifieds section.

New Threads

1. You are allowed to have up to two active/open threads at any given time.

2. State the condition of the item(s) you are trying to sell, trade, or buy:

Brand New - Never Used, sealed or in factory condition.
Like New - Used once or twice to try out, but still in excellent condition.
Great Condition - Used several times, but still in great working condition.
Good Condition - Used regularly, but still in good working condition.
Broken - No longer working, but in usable condition for mods.

3. State the price of the item(s) you are trying to sell. Even if you just want to take offers on an item, state a base price so that other members will have a better idea of how much money you are expecting to receive for it.

4. YOU MUST POST YOUR AVAILABLE QUANTITIES !!

Thread Titles

1. All new threads in the Classifieds section must use the following naming scheme:

[FS] - For Sale
[FT] - For Trade
[WTB] - Wanting To Buy
[WTTF] - Wanting To Trade For
[CO-OP] - Cooperative Order

You may combine different prefixes as necessary:

[FS/FT] - For Sale/For Trade
[WTB/WTTF] - Wanting to Buy/Wanting To Trade For

2. Try to make your thread title as specific as possible. If you are selling a 901 kit and some e-liquid, say so in your thread title.

3. If you are located outside of the US, or simply want to limit the sale of your item to a certain country, please make a note of it in your thread title.

4. If you are trying to sell an item for pick-up only (no shipping involved), please make a note of it in your thread title.

Posting Etiquette

1. Keep your posts on topic. The occasional off-topic comment is acceptable, but keep them to a minimum.

2. Thread hijacking will not be tolerated. If you have an item to sell or trade, make your own thread and list it there.

3. Avoid posting in threads over 30 days old. If you are interested in an item that was listed over 30 days ago, try sending a PM to the threads author first.

Bumping Rules

If your post has nothing new or constructive that contributes to the thread, it will be considered a bump.

1. You are permitted to "bump" your thread(s) ONCE every 12 hours.

2. You are allowed a maximum of three bumps in succession, at which point your thread will be locked.

*You may create a new thread if your previous one has been locked.

Additional Information

1. If you need to change the title of your thread, please PM one of the section moderators.

2. If you have sold your item(s), kindly state so in your thread and PM one of the section moderators to close your thread for you.

3. If you would like to share your experience dealing with another member, post it in the feedback thread.

4. If you have any questions or comments on the new section rules and guidelines, please PM a section moderator.

5. Any threads that have run their course will be locked for now. **After 30 days, any locked threads in the Classifieds section will be pruned (permanently deleted)**
