Default Janty Kissbox problems.

Just got some new cartridges and Classic batteries from Janty. The batteries only work for about an hour and the cartridges have a life span of some 3-4 hours compared to my original Classic. Also when ordering had an email from Harry saying threads had changed but everything fits OK. Have emailed Janty but no replies. Anyone have same problems please?

I have two kissboxes. All my batteries last a day or longer. I followed the voodoo ritual for the initial charge and have no problems. I don't particularly care for the Janty carts because of the taste. I have been using ecig.com carts. Never had any problems about contacting Jeff at Janty USA.

everybody is having major problems with Janty Europe

the stupid thing is though...they cannot even admit that there is problem - even state it on the site

so everyone has paid for NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

they are NOT replacing parts
they are NOT responding to emails

very shoddy

Ahh Janty Europe, that explains the difference. I wonder if the European division is like the US division. It seems that everything is handled by Jeff. They have different departments like sales, customer support, shipping, but everytime you contact them you get Jeff. Who does a wonderful job by the way Any way, if Janty Europe is like the US division, maybe the guy running the show is on a holiday or just plain unreliable.

seems Jeff USA is doing a good job

but Harry Europe - now thats a whole new story - I dont think they can have a suitable explanation why they are not responding to emails

it seems that they have no interest to continue doing business in the UK and Europe

Maybe you should mail Harry and address this issue to him directly? Maybe your mail has not been received, maybe it ended up in his spam box, maybe you sent it when the shop was closed for holidays?

After posting here I get a reply to my email so it was received.
LUDO - Surely Harry occasionally checks his spam mail, and reads email after holidays.
Despite problems I would like to continue using Janty but am having grave doubts. The performance of my original KB Classic batteries and carts was much superior to the new ones.
Come clean and get it sorted out Janty, You had the best product on the market.

You shouldn't have any doubts, not about Harry, Jeff or me or your KB. You have a bad battery: anyone of us will replace it for you, bad cartridge same thing. Everything is made by hand, imagine. There's no way to automate the process, it's all too delicate and yes once and a while a bad battery slips through or a bad cartridge. Talk to US about it first, we don't live on the forums, we read them yes, but time zones and other constraints make it impossible for us to react on each forum post. If you don't get a respond to your mail latest next day, hit send it again. If it is really really urgent, call Jeff's JANTY USA Hotline or tag your email as Highest priority. We WILL DO everything to help and sort things out for you, be it in Europe or USA. Our roots is the e-smokers community, we where (still are) users and we do our best to keep that spirit.

Ludo - a quick look at these forums and you will notice people have been having problems contacting harry for the last month - not days

what other method do we have to contact jantyeurope - you do not provide a Telephone number on the site

should it be common practice to send 2 or 3 emails until we get a response?

LUDO - I DID contact you by email but after no response I posted here to see if others were having the same problems. Immediately after posting I received an email from Harry and a reply on the forum from yourself so it appears that a negative posting is the way to elicit a quick response.
Harry's email reply to me was "That's strange, did you charge them long enough first time" As you will see, no attempt or offer to rectify the problem and yes they were charged correctly.
My original KB was superb but the new one is very inferior.
Come on Ludo - get your act together and look after your customers - You have a great product, sort out your quality control and customer service and you are on a winner.
