Juice order from china makes it through customs...

Hi all... Just thought I'd report that my 1.5L juice order from china cleared customs and was safely delivered. Weird thing about this package was that it was actually opened and inspected by customs!! I received my parcel which was about the size of a shoebox today and it had tape across the end of it stating that it had been opened for inspection by US customs agency... inside there was 1 bottle of nic juice outside the layers of bubble wrap used to package the shipment. Looks like customs just tore a small hole in the bubble wrap to get out the one bottle to see what was in the package... Additionally, the customs slip was NOT labeled as anything pertaining to e-cigs, lung guard apparatuses, or anything liquid in bottles.... I may have been just lucky but I think this should put peoples mind at ease when ordering from china...

Good to hear it made it through customs. I have an order from eastmall.net that just made it to the US and is sitting in customs right now. It's my first order of juice, so I hope there are no issues.

Don't worry. Unless you are ordering a HUGE shipment your order will go right through Customs. There was a thread started here a couple weeks ago and there was not one single person who reported a problem with customs. People buying supplies for personal use really need to stop worrying about it...

Small shipments are going through just fine. The only problem is that everyone is listening to rumors and getting paranoid. When the day comes that a small shipment is stopped by Customs, it will be all over this forum like the plague. Until then, don't worry about it. You don't need the extra aggravation.

Jim--it is very rare indeed--but it already did happen. Tropical Bob posted months ago that his order was seized and he went though a nightmare to get it. He reported that the FDA made him sign paperwork that he was in fact using it as a smoking cessation device before they gave it to him if I am not mistaken--it was months ago. But the reports are indeed rare. Customs does not have the manpower to check every little package for its actual contents----------Sun

I was unaware of that. The fact that he finally received it is a plus for us, I suppose. It's just a bit annoying to see rumors flying all over the forum, with no positive back-up. The hammer may fall soon, and that will the time to worry. And like you and some others, I'm stock piling.

Jim--could not agree more--there is no place for Rumors here at all. Stockpiling is key as I, for one am never going back to cigarettes again. ------Sun
