Exclusively at home for me. I just don’t smoke if I’m out. But if I know it will be a very long day I put on a nicotine patch. Sometimes I really enjoy that all day drip feed from the patch. So it works out that I’m a happy gnu.

Everywhere. I prefer to use it when I go out - spreads the good word and I can sometimes use it in places where smoking is not acceptable. Big plus is it doesn't make the car smell either.
