Janty help

i got sent my new atomizer and it really good, ive been using the free carts they sent me with it. This is where the problem is, the carts they sent taste good, however, when i took one out of its mouth piece the bottom of the fibre was solidified with e liquid. what is this?! is it because its old or what? its been tickling my throat more than my other carts which is odd. should i stop using them?

My next problem is directed at ludo, i am ment to be receiving another janty setup but hasn;t arrived. I don't want to be nagging or annoying, or hassle you in anyway, just would like to know when to expect it as i want to make sure i am in when it arrives.

Other than that janty customer service have been very good.

Yes, the new Janty carts suck, you're not alone.

They are terrible.
The HD carts were awesome, please bring them back!

And yes, Janty costomer service is outstanding,that's for sure.

the carts they sent me were in a diff pack to the ones they sent me with my kissbox. the box was orange, yet my original box said JANTY on the front. Are they the HD carts?

Last week I just recieved my janty

and the cart box , for my case , the box got janty words is HD cart which I orderd.
whereas the orange gold colours one are mint and MLB .

this is for my case.
