I'm fed up with the Fed. I can't do anything but what I am doing. If it doesn't work, I'll move elsewhere and pay taxes. Then you can bet your bottom dollar I'll continue emailing my Senators and Rep.

I hate to speak of Revolution because of the turmoil that would ensue, but damn we need one.

Are you sure that this extends to a Federal offense? Not so sure if it's that simple, when dealing with illegal importation of items through federal mail services. I'm no lawyer, but some acquaintances of mine who received steroids, didn't get any slap on the hand.

It's not just about the ban, Big Jim. The FDA used all the scare words and phrases in their public statement. "Toxins, carcinogens, selling to youths," etc. Already, a couple of people who never said word one to me about my vaping have gone, "Oh, did you hear those things are just as dangerous for you as real cigarettes?" And soon it will be, "Don't vape that poison around me." The FDA is counting on the stupidity of the public. Their statement was not intended for our benefit or education, but to mislead the public with anecdotal information. People who once congratulated us for taking a step in the right direction by getting off analogs will now be viewing us with the same contempt and/or pity that they felt when we were smokers. Bans in public places will follow and e-cig users will once again be discriminated against, no matter when or if a ban ever goes through.

There are alot of ways the FDA can get to the China ordering.
go after the The credit card services and they will no longer process e-cig transactions (you cant buy them if you cant pay for them)
Go after the Shipping companies.
Make it a felony, I don't see many people willing to become felons to feed their habit.
I'm not sure that it will be as easy as everyone thinks to get this stuff from china If/when a ban is put in place...

The only thing we have to fear is paying $100 for a 30 ML bottle of juice. They're just upset because they aren't getting their cut. Yet... They'll figure it out. Same as everything else. Follow the $.
