There hasn't been much feedback on Johnson Creek since the new version came out, how are you folks who have tried it getting on? How is it for flavour? What about smoothness/harshness? Is it really atomiser friendly? |

Honestly, I don't like the JC juice.... I don't hate it, but the flavor just isn't that strong compared to the Puresmoker juice. Sucks too, I'm trying to find a good liquid to resale in the US and so far JC is the only one I've found I wouldn't have to import! Ughh. |

If you check my thread out here, I gave a short review on a new batch that I got in a sample pack just last week: Janty French Pipe Tobacco Liquid and Johnson Creek sample pack.. I had said: Quote:

For me, the jury is still out on the JC RE atomizers health. I got it a little over a week ago (peach cobbler and sweet strawberry). I started by putting each taste in two separate atomizers. One was congenitally weak, the other was fine when I started -then I mixed the two flavors on the same day, in different proportions. The weak atomizer died in less than 2 days - and when I say died, I mean it REALLY died -not the faintest pulse of vapor was detectable. The other one seemed to become weaker, and now requires quite a lot of cheek athletics to get anything out of it, whatever juice I use it with. I tried cleaning both of them, but I did not detect any improvement. I still cannot be sure that the dead atomizer would not have died anyway, and the other atomizer may just have been on its way out.... As for taste, I really liked the peach cobbler, while the strawberry was very weak (which is why I started mixing the two). Had I not read the word "strawberry" on the bottle, I would not have had a clue what the flavor was supposed to be (sort of vaguely sweet, not unpleasant, but so mild as to be ghostly). A pity, because I liked the feeling of comfort derived by the fact that these bottles came with a nice plastic seal over the cap (not that I know what is in there, either).... Oh, well. I am not sure what to do with the juice now.... I might just finish off the dying atomizer, so that it would at least die a yummy death with the peach cobbler. |

I had issues mixing too, especially with the chocolate, I killed 5 more frikin atomizers, that's 10 total, just have not had a chance to return the stuff yet. I agree on the peach cobbler, nice taste, but, I am still worried, especially over the long haul. |

I'm not impressed with JC sending out sample packs without testing and won't bother with their juice again. I still have my old stuff, and after filtering and mixing with 1/3 glycerine, it smokes OK in my minis, but it turns the filling in the penstyles dark really fast, which makes me think there is some carameliation going on. Anybody notice a burnt taste early on, or a darkening of their cart fillings after just a few puffs? |

Flavors taste pretty good although too smooth for my taste. No throat hit. Killed two atomizers within 45 minutes of initial use No more for me thanks.

Damn. I'm surprised and dissapointed to hear others are still having problems with it. For the record, the two e-cigs I used for the test are still working, and still using JCSJ, although I've only taken an occasional comparison puff on either of them. I haven't used the rest of the sample I was sent, just because I am enjoying Janty's Red Cow, not because I don't like or trust it.

4 month ago I tried JC and had difficulties with clogged up atomizers. After the new improved Juice was available 4 weeks ago, I ordered one of the new sample packs (PG Low). All flavors in the sample pack were clear, no oil or other stuff in the liquid anymore. I smoked almost all samples away in 2 weeks and had not any issues on a pen style and on a DS901. I noticed that the vapor volume was less dense compared to before. I ordered my favorites in big bottles, Tennessee Cured and Peach Cobbler and smoke both since a week all day long. Great taste, atomizer are doing ok! I am happy with it! I would call that a major improvement!

I didn't have problems with JC's new batch but I really really want the throat hit and since i'm not getting it from JC, i just don't even finish the bottle i ordered. Its in the fridge for now as a backup in case the unthinkable happens.
