Battery compatibility question (RN4081 and Volcano)

(I have heard some people are not big fans of the RN4081 set-up but I have enjoyed mine and have had no problems yet. Please regard me kindly!)

I am sort of vain and I also like strange colored lights, so I was thinking about possibly buying a Volcano battery because they carry ones with purple and blue LEDs. I currently have cartos and chargers that work with RN4081 and I was wondering if anyone knows if Volcano is compatible with that? Even if they are, their website mentions that the batteries are only good for about 30 minutes which would really suck unless they meant total vape time.

Anyone with experiences with Volcano, and the compatibility? Maybe there is another (longer lasting) battery with cool LED colors that is RN4081?

p.s. do they have multi-color LED tips yet? that would rock...

I did some more research and found that Smokeless Delite carries a purple LED battery, but it doesn't specify if it's RN4081 and the finish is pink which is not really my thing. I also read a less-than-favorable review of their batteries.

Ended up finding a generic RN4081 Mega battery 280mAh at azsmokefree.com. The price is reasonable, the finish is purple with purple LED, and hopefully it lives up to its "mega" name. I have never dealt with azsmokefree.com before so I hope it's a good experience (and good product)

People here have been, by far, the nicest I've ever seen on an on-line forum, and I'm glad you're one too. Please feel free to post pics of your pretty e-cigs. I probably wouldn't get one for myself if it was too girly, like pink flowers or some such. Then again I did just order a purple one with purple crystal LED tip!

I would love an e-cig that had a multi-color LED tip that lit up a different hue with every puff! Someone needs to make that...

I was going to suggest azsmokefree, that is where I get my 4081 gear. They also have different colored 4081 cartos.

I got one of the "mega" 808s from there, the battery alone is almost 4 inches long, with the carto, well, its kind of looooooong.

BUT, back to the original question, NO the volcano is not compatable with a 4081. The volcano uses 510 threading, and some of them are even reverce priority.

I'll post my review when my shipment comes in. azsmokefree's checkout was pretty painless and easy and they apparently use priority shipping. I also bought some blank cartos (I think the standard orange-yellow will look nice with a purple batt) along with Fuji-Apple/Pear and Tiramisu e-liquid. I realized after ordering that the Tiramisu is 100% PG, whereas I prefer a PG/VG blend. Oh well!
