There shouldn't be any problem in selling cartridges/liquid here in Aus as a few already do. I don't see why there would be a problem in NZ either. like they say where there's a will there's a way.

As far as I know in NZ it is forbidden to sell nicotine containing cartridges. You may purchase them from overseas over the Internet, but only a personal three month supply.

Are the rules different in OZ, or are there just no rules on the sale of nicotine cartridges yet ? It would be good news if it is indeed currently permitted in OZ !

This is one of the reasons I was so excited by the conclusion Dr. Laugesen made in his recent report (see also this thread) where he stated that:

E-cigarette “smoking” would be permitted under New Zealand’s Smoke-free Environments Act 1990.

I'm hoping this will pave the way to acceptance in NZ and who knows, perhaps down the line the possibility of actually purchasing nicotine cartridges within our own shores, that would be absolutely great !
