How much do you vape?

Im at about 3 - 4 ml per day currently. I found that I go thru soooo much more with a DC Tank. Even more if I really like the flavor or if im trying something new.

I'm the same...got a new flavor I loved this weekend and went through 6ml of it easy...

I'm not sure in ml How much I'm vaping, but on days that I'm not at work I've got an e-cig right next to me all the time and I tape it at least once every couple of minutes.

Btw, someone let me know if this is a bad idea lol. I don't want to over do it and get nicotine poisoning. My juice and cartos are all 2.4%

I go through 3 ml a day. I use a bottom feeder ...and work from home. I think considering everything i'm not vaping much.

Since I don't vape a carto dry, I'm dripping into it, setting it aside, picking up another one that was previously soaking, I just can't figure it out.
Any suggestions would be appreciated as I would like to know how much I am vaping in a day.

Fill a 3ml sample bottle in the morning and use it as your single source for topoffs. Start with a full carto and only use the 3ml bottle after the carto is full. If you have to refill it during the day, you can judge at the end by much is left. If you want to be accurate, fill it with a graduated syringe, track how much you put in the bottle, and draw out what is left before you retire for the night and subtract that from the total.

It's only complicated for the day or two that you do it to determine consumption rates. A simpler method would be to start with a full bottle of juice, vape only that for a certain number of days, and draw out the residual at the end of the test to determine what's left. That assumes a 15ml bottle actually contains exactly 15ml, though.

I like the sample bottle method.

I think I was at about 1.5 ml per day using Boge 2.0 and Smoktech 1.5 dual coils on a 3.7 volt device, but now I'm using a Vision Ego 1.7 ohm that let's me see my juice levels, and I'm actually at about 2 - 2.5ml per day while juice bouncing. I think I like this vape more than others as well as lower resistance so I'm using more and making bigger clouds. If you really like your vape flavor and quality and enjoy bigger clouds, you vape more! If I rebuild one of those coils to about 3.5 ohm and throw it on the Vmax I expect to go up another ml per day.
