    Default Drinking water and vaping

I will say I have really increased my liquid intake on vapeing as reading some of the post in here really stressing that. Even though I do pretty much all VG juices. I am going to have to slow down on vaping at night though. I am afraid I am going to pee in the bed, Have to get up 2 and 3 times a night to go to the bathroom. I guess I will have to slow down vaping so I can slow down on fluid intake.

Nah, you can pre-hydrate. It's cumulative. Just drink plenty of water during the day and back off in the evening. Good luck.

I drink tons of water anyway. I don't drink anything with sugar in it, which limits me to diet drinks (headaches) water, and black coffee. So, I am close to a gallon of water per day, and about 4-6 cups of coffee. Yes, I to get un once or twice per night to go to the bathroom. I am used to it now...

I was getting severely dry mouth for the first few weeks then it really settled down. Others I know had the same experience with being really thirsty at first and getting a very dry mouth. It all seems to be back to normal now. However, drinking lots of water can only be beneficial. Not only washes the toxins out of your system, helps organs function better but also increases your bodies metabolic rate.

LOL @ getting up to pee - I totally understand! I do pretty much all VG juices too, but I had a horrible time the first week or so w/the dry mouth, etc. Thankfully that is improving somewhat, although I do sleep w/a bottle of water on my nightstand. I wake up to use the bathroom, feel terribly thirsty & end up drinking even more water........and the cycle continues! The good thing is I'm finally drinking more water, which I've never been very motivated to do before.

ya i try to drink more water.. but ive grown used to the cotton mouth over the years because taking adderall gives me that too...

does drinking more water make the juices less "dry" tasting?

Just be careful. Drinking TOO much water can mess up your electrolytes in your system. Since it's been over 100 degrees here, and I work outside, I drink lots of water, but throw in an occasional sports drink from time to time.
