I just had this happen the other day, I think its the nicotine, especially if you accidentally get the juice in your mouth. I'm also sensitive to PG, so it could be this also. I stopped vaping for 1 day and it healed up nicely. Now I only use Ecopure no PG and try hard not to get juice in my mouth and drink water.

Hey Mentholgirl i have been hearing lots of good things about this Ecopure.How is it really? I mean i have seen lots of reviews as well, but i rather hear it from a real person,LOL hate to say that but I'm sure you know what i mean.And where can i buy Ecopure cause i really do not want to order it from Europe takes to long and defently not from china have lost packages to U.S Customs in the past...So if you or any one can point me in the right direction i would really appreciated.....

I suffer from this, it can be very uncomfortable especially on the tip of the tongue.
I think its definitely the e-juice, rather than just a symptom of giving up smoking.
Vaping for hours on end especially with strong nic juices seems to cause it.
Trying out many different liquids in one sitting can also increase the chances of ulcers, perhaps it is because the body is not getting a chance to get used to one particular liquid.

I haven't figured out the main culprit, it could be PG, nicotine, or some other ingredient. VG on its own or with Loranns does not seem to affect me, but I've yet to try a strong VG nic juice.

I personally think it is the concentration of strong nicotine juice in one spot, either droplets of liquid (overfilled atomiser) or a concentrated jet of vapour.

My advice (as already stated by others) would be to consider lowering the nic strength or decreasing the vapetime with strong liquids (over 18mg in my case), plus take a drink of water regularly especially if you feel any liquid coming through the mouthpiece.

The ulcers always heal in 2 or 3 days as long as you stop using whatever causes it. I'm sure you will find a solution if you can track down the offending ingredient, its probably PG or too high a nic strength for too long a time without a break.

I've been using EcoPure Rich (the 30mg variety) for the past two days and I have no more mouth ulcers. So I guess it wasn't the nicotine strength that was responsible after all.

I still had the ulcer problem using an 18mg VG juice from another vendor, so I'm thinking it could be down to something in the flavouring (it was Chinese sourced). The blocked sinus problem seems to have abated as well - not 100% yet but that's probably due to me still vaping way too much!

I'd definitely recommend trying the EcoPure.

I'm glad i'm not alone with the ulcer issue. I have had some really bad ones over the past few weeks. I have had then on my lip, under my tounge and at the back of my throat. I've been washing my mouth out with water after vaping and trying really hard not to let juice get in my mouth. The ulcers have gotten better from taking these precautions and i'm near certain vaping has been the cause since I stopped vaping for a weekend and the healed and disapeared.

Everyone vaping needs to drink plenty of liquids. Drink plenty of good water. Stay well hydrated, as vaping dries you up.

For rinsing your mouth, I recommend 'Listerine' and no other generic or different brand, just 'Listerine'.

Be careful how you store and carry your cartos, mouthpieces, etc. Do you have a case specifically for your ecig things? I've heard of people carrying cartos in their pockets, and that does not sound very hygenic, if you carry money in your pockets sometimes.

Drink water, and again. And later the same day, drink more, and again, and buy you a bottle of Listerine. WalMart sells it, and pharmacies too.

I had some sores a month or so ago. i often get small sores along my inner lip/gumline, but I also had one under the bottom of my tongue. Very annoying. There was a post about it in the Health section here, that discussed "oil pulling", basically rinsing the mouth with vegetable oil every morning. I tried it for a few weeks and my sores all went away.

Lol, oh I thought that was clear...the e-smoking vapor itself is causing them! Just like regular cigarettes do sometimes.

My lips seem to get chapped easier but I haven't gotten any cuts. Do you think it's just from your mouth being dry and "chafing" so to speak?

I think the sores pop up cuz your allergic to PG. went I first started I got a canker sore on the tip of my tongue where the vapor would hit it.Also I would get dry skin under my eyes and on the top of my nose. Happens every time i vape %100 PG. I still vape PG but I cut my pg juices with some glycerin and Im having no problems.

I dont think its the nic cuz I get 36mg nic bottles of pg...then cut em down to about 24mg(Witch is still high) with VG.Or just stick to all VG.
