Your username is your email address. I didn't have a password so I chose the "Forgot Password" link and the system sent me one. I logged in and then was able to put items in my cart and go through the check out process.

Although I did receive an invoice, my card has not been charged yet so I am assuming you are not supposed to be able to get into that part of the site yet....

You would think they would have a larger presence here on ECF, I know I would...

Looks like they are on to you. The just disabled accounts and passwords. I tried the Forgot Password" link and a warning came up that accounts and passwords are disabled.

I heard from Ploom regarding my order!

"Thank you for your order. You have the distinction of being our very first web order, the only problem is, we did not turn on our eCommerce function or the ability to sign in for an account. We discovered that that you were able to sign in due to a gap in the backend (forgot password) which we have since resolved."

I had the distinction of being their very twentieth order (number 1020) for the very same reason.
Drat! I thought I had ordered it!

yeah when I got my invoice and my order number was 1019 I thought had ordered it too. 18 people already had! Oh well!

"ops", the one post wonder, seems to be a Ploom employee or have some inside info as he said the site would go live on the 9th, which it did, then sales would happen about a week later.

Well, if E-ciggs are banned, I am searching for an alternative. Obviously they think they've found a loop-hole. I gave up Winstons 110 days ago. After smoking for 38 years and 2 packs a day, I don't want to go back! Hippster or not.
