    You guys are all wrong.

There are two factories that make the DSE-901 models.

The original DSE-901 comes from the factory that makes the DSE model. If you look at the bottom of the battery, there should be SLB printed on it.

However, there is another DSE-901 from the makers of RN series, which is originally known as the RN4075, has renamed it's manufacture model to DSE-901.

This particular replica has an overclocked atomizer that runs with 15% higher current, producing more vapor. If you look at the bottom pf the battery, it should have something like SH printed on it.

I also believe the black and the pink DSE-901's are variations of the RN4075. The original DSE-901 from the DSE factory only comes in white.

Feel free to ask me any questions. I am connected to various e-cig factories in China.

pumping out (drawing) about 15% more current from a battery thats already overworked could in part explain why later 901 minis get thru batteries quicker than the old white striped cigs....

current draw and the batteries ability to supply it is a compromise.. all linked in with life of the atomizer and the battery..

    useful information tho...

just to add to this.. the ones most UK sellers are selling.. the matt finish and coloured ones seem to be the RN4075 type now called the dse 901..

the shiny white striped ones from heavensgift china are the original dse901 type..

the numbers on the bottom confirm this.. i have just checked a few to see..

this does help shed a little light on why some of us thought the "new" mat finish batteries to be not as good as the earlier striped shiny ones..

at the time we thought they were simply a new version.. but its seems they are simply from a different factory.. in short a different product..

I've been working on my two pink and one black atomisers and I have to say that they work better every time I use them. In fact, the differences between these and my original white one is almost non-discernible now. Long term output will be interesting to see and document.

On average how long do 901 atomisers last you all?

#42 minicig I am now confused.

I looked at all my black and white batteries.

They all have printed on them SLB followed by a series of numbers .

My current ones are all from the newer factory and still the white atomiser beats the black always. I think the white is the most stylish of them all thanks to its soft and welcoming appearance and matte finish
