opinions on setting up an E-PARTS shop.
I am thinking on wether i should open up a internet site which focuses directly on E-parts and liquid, i don't think anyone else does this in the UK. Its main aim is to supply e-parts for mainy different types of e-cigs at a very reasonable price.
what ya think? Just an idea at the mo

An interesting idea. Are you sure there is a big enough margin in doing this? I'd be worried about the DOA atomisers and batteries. You would have to honour the warranties to your customers but would your suppliers honour a warranty to you.
That being said if you are good on prices there may be some merit in it. I suppose it wouldn't take a huge amount of capital to set up so it might be worth a gamble.

maybe looking for a partner on this one, if anyone is interested let me know..

Is this the Freddo who did the poll on e-liquid flavours? I thought you were a supplier - are you asking us to create your business model for you?

that would be a good idea if you could get all the major brands on board. the parts are a pain to get sometimes

of course not lol, it's just an idea, i am not a supplier yet but will be soon, that is why smokey changed my status after seeing my e liquid sample pack thread.

Yeah I think puresmoker is doing this, or maybe not. But regardless there should be a "one stop" shop for generic versions of every cig part. it isnt like there are that many options. Like maybe 60 different pieces in total exist, with 20 of those being the most commonly needed.

my advice is very negative in this one.. unless u have something very special the e-cig market is going to get very mean.. tooo many sellers screwing each other to death with the margins dropping all the time.. keep out..

I'm with Trog on this. This is a GREED GONE MAD market, destined to see price wars and patent infringement lawsuits by early next year. If you're not already in the business, don't start. If you are, sell your business now!
And that doesn't even take into consideration that bans could surely hit liquid sales in a short time (WHO meets Nov. 12-14 and much depends on its recommendation on electronic smoking).
Right now, we don't need a NAPA for e-cigs.

You obviously have your eyes closed and you are starting to become quite boring and childish and not acting responsible and keep using this forum to start your own business as self promotion purposes. Because what does pillbox ande-cigs.co.uk sell? . They cover all what people need except for the branded products and you will find that the branded names would be not interested as they would not make the profit their self plus our main two UK suppliers are prepared for the future and are experienced how to deal with things .
and I feel your business head is to unexperienced regarding this business to deal with such important issues and there is no good reason for more new people flooding the market with the same products as you will not be able to beat prices in less you throw thousands of pounds at this enabling the units to be cheaper as most manufacturers prices are roughly the same plus this will make the future of electronic cigarettes harder for governments to accept with all the confusion of small-time traders starting up.
