Sorry Mamu,but that's incorrect. Most new 510 starter kit's come with the whistle tips. Diet Smokes has them.

Has that suddenly changed in the last 2 months? Both of my 510 starter kits (Janty and Widow) had the round tips.

The last kit I got from Vapor Station had flats. That may be a choice from the manufacturer. I seen several suppliers offering it that way
