510 pcc question?

Someone please tell be the basics, I got the pcc today with no instructions, what does the 1, 2, 3 or a, b, c, leds mean I have no clue so how should i use this thing please help its charging right now on the 3rd led im so confused

Top one turns red, and this tells you that the battery is being charged. It can take a few secs before it starts. When there is no light the battery is charged.

The middle one tells you that the pcc needs to be charged.

The last one tells you that the PCC is charging when red, and when it's green it's fully charged.

You know it comes with a manual and a diagram. But donald duck is right so there ya go.
