I woke up, made coffee, read this and thought "Cool!"

Filled a fresh 901 cart up and snapped it on. Yaay!
    Bigger, broader, more!!!

    Thanks!

Default 510 and 901 flat tip styles

There are at least two types of flat tips for the 510 and the 901 both of which will fit the 510.

The first type is the "0" style where the cartridge is round on both ends and flat on the sides. The tip is a bit wider than the other style and is firmly attached. You can get both the 510 and 901 flat tips in this style at dietsmokes.com - last I ordered, anyway, and I got an order of them today. I've also gotten this type from The Widow, freshsmoking, ecigexpress, but no guarantees - ask first.

The second type is the "D" style where the cartridge is in the shape of a D and the tip on those is narrower and there is a piece where the hole is that is really small. I've had three of these come out and they came out easily. I happened to get them from eastmall. I would take the center piece out if I ever used these which I likely won't because I prefer the thicker whistle tip. Plus I don't like the fact that the filler is glued to the bottom of the cartridge floor in the D type, since I remove and clean the filler. Others like the thinner tip and the fact the filler is glued so it doesn't rise up.

I have both a 510 and a 901. My 901 came with about 10 pre-filled tobacco-flavored whistle-tip carts, some high nic, and some no nic. I don't use the tobacco flavors, so I'll never use them. If you don't like the flavor either, you could probably rinse the stuffing and refill with whatever you like, just to see if you like them before ordering some.

I'm just over in Rockledge. I'd be happy to mail them to you, gratis. I'm happy to give them to someone who could use them. I've found that I prefer them. The 901 whistle-tips are a little narrower than the 510 whistle-tips, but I like both. Personal preference. And on my 510, the 901 tips don't fit all the way on unless I push really hard, and then they're hard to get off. I push them on far enough to get a good seal, with maybe a mm left over. They work just fine for me.

PM me (private message) if you're interested. Send me a mailing address and I'll send them to you.

I posted this a couple weeks ago - the 901 carts work better on the 510s and the 510 carts are better on the 901 lol. The 510 carts compensate for the 901's poor liquid cap while preventing leaking and the 901 carts provide better taste for the 510.

I had to cut my first vaping session short with this combination short because it hit so hard.

Just for reference, I was using Eastmall Cola with PTB filler.

Long story short - try it immediately if you haven't.
I only use 901 carts on my 510. Funny and sad thing is I have never even used a 510 cart on my 510. It worked so well I have never even used the carts that came with my 510. It is on my to do list but I agree with you, so far it is fantastic.

OK so I started with a 401, moved "up" to a 103, and just recently "graduated" to a 901.

The more I look into this the more confused I am as to what the difference is in a 510 from a 901.

I was planning to order a 510 and an 801 next. Is there a reason for me to get the 510 and use my 901 crats or does the 901 do it just as good?

I also dig HUGE clouds of vape
