One, are you sure the "Black Particles" are from the Juice?
We have all had such tiny particles come from eather the atomizer or the caseing, we are not sure which.
There was a thread on it in here somewhere.
Two, I ran the Old juice I had through a Coffee filter, i turned it into a Cone, and stuck it in a spare dropped bottle i had. It seems to work fine, I didnt have any more problems with gunk, that i could tell, after filtering it.

if it is the juice , simple answer is send it back. it's covered by a no quibble 60day return warranty.
if it's not already in the juice then it's probably a similar problem to that discussed in this thread :

The particles are in the bottle with the liquid. Very, very small particles.

send it back , God knows what they are....if Mac's gonna try and make money by making this Cr*p he better buck his ideas up or be out of buisness..
