    Its a terrible supermini imo..

The battery and cart life is as what others have commented...

The durability is also an issue. After only about 1 - 2 weeks, atomiser performance dropped by 50% for my unit. Less drag, less vapor and hit by then..

Get an 801 or a 901 if you love DSEs but don't buy a 103...My personal point of view only...

Yes confirm, but the manufacturer SLB seems to have quality managing issues, the latest DSE103 atomizer heaven_gifts ebay (takes QA-feedback for factory engineers) send to me (the version without whistle airsound) has better glass fibre mounting than the last (Accidently at too high pressure set steamcleaner blew it out, but it still works fine) but is a little critical with the correct liquid amount refilled in the tank. Too much and it will drown and minimum vapor, too less and it gets dry fast, and vapour quality and volume has become critical airflow behaviour dependant, this does not occur with the other "whistling" type, can anyone confirm this? A pity there's no serial# stamp on the atomizers, needed for factory QA-feedback.

Batteries are OK since months using flat cycle charging (have 2 ready and recharge often) as any other Li-Ion cells...

The autoclean feature is not enough to get the heater spiral fully clean, You need ethanol baths every 2 days and a steamcleaner every 6 days to keep the atomizer at full performance or it will suffer from a baked liquid crust, the autocleaning cannot remove completely.

Anyway, it's cheap and satisfying my needs

Takeback. Got another "none-whistling" one from ebay british seller lallaboutique

(Non UK buyers be careful, the guy charges higher fee like for Royal Mail Int'l Signed For but sends as loss-risky unregistered RM Economic £1.07 Airmail (took 6 days to DE) and the warranty terms are NOT OK at all heaven_gifts2007 is cheaper, registered mail and provides 1 year warranty, and takes only 2-4 days longer for delivery Atomizer V2 Super Mini E-Cigarette electronic cigarette bei eBay.de: Quitting Smoking (endet 14.02.09 01:28:09 MEZ) )

Super Mini Electronic Cigarette DSE103 (V2) Atomizer bei eBay.de: Quitting Smoking (endet 19.02.09 13:50:21 MEZ)
works fine. Will return-in the faulty one for warranty exchange to heaven_gifts (I should return-in the faulty heaven_gifts atomizer to lallaboutique to punish him for bad practices )

    Default lallaboutique

    Hi everone.

I recently bought one of the DSE103 (V2) Atomizers from lallaboutique as a last ditch effort to get my super mini vaping and its made a ridiculous difference to performance.

My mini was from smartsmoker.co.uk and i think its a RN4081. It was a really hard draw when i bought it and no ammount of steam cleaning and soaking made it any better. I spent a fiver on the lallaboutique one and it vapes like a dream. I can even smoke it like an analogue without the 3 - 4 second draw. Theres just loads of vapour all the time. Even out performs my 901.

So if u got a crap super mini like mine... go buy one

Anyone bought a Smart 84mm from lallaboutique or the Advanced-Pro 84mm that I have from ElectronicSmokingShop.co.uk ? Be interested in any thoughts on this.

Yes, the Advanced-Pro 84mm to be exact... my thoughts... hmmm, I like the size, you can actually almost hold it as if it were a REAL cig. I hate the atomiser vacuum noise. How are you finding the carts? I was surprised just how small the actual carts were and they told me depending on draw style they are the equivalent to 8 cigs - HA !
I myself was a light smoker (10 per day) but even for me, I would go through 4 of these mini carts (LOW) per day. I've now had to order some liquid to top these carts up. Of course since receiving the kit last week, I've used up all of my carts so I'm back on the analogues at the moment.
I'm now going to have to purchase either a 901 or I'm seriously thinking about the new Titan with the PCC from The Electronic Cigarette Co.
I know that portable charging case would be ideal for me. I have made a couple of mistakes (wrong purchases) along the way, but hopefully, I'll get it right before I run outta money to spend on these things - which will be sooner rather than later!!!

I would send the 84mm back, but I kinda like it in a weird sort of a way even if only for back up/emergency value!

Am interested in your thoughts Grandma

Hmmm they are a bit small. Told me equivalent to 6 cigs, which seems about right.

OMG I'm on 40 a day so, went through all five carts (2xhigh 2xmed 1xlow) sent in the starter kit in 24hrs. had to go back to analogues while I waited for more carts, which arrived today. Have also bought liquid to top up.

So, you don't recomend the 84mm then?

    Cas[/quote]

Err, well who am I to recommend? I am just a newbie learning and experimenting with the different types of devices myself.

That said though, I don't believe the 84mm alone is a total solution (not for me anyway). BUT, it could be good to vape in the car and for when you really need a quick fix, especially if you are vaping in public and you don't want any awkward questions.

For me to completely switch to e-cigs, I think I will need a more durable device and can see myself regularly vaping a titan or a 901 at home.

The 84mm High carts are waaaaay too strong for me. I can only take 3 puffs at the most of these. I prefer the low carts, but because they are low it means I just keep vaping... which is probably not ideal either.

It's all just experimentation and personal preference and if the 84mm works for you - great and GOODLUCK
