Anybody know if the e-liquid can get through latex gloves?

While I cannot answer that for sure, I can tell you that we use those at work when working with various fuels (jet, gasoline, diesel, etc) to keep them off our hands and they work fine for that. Not really your answer, but I hope it helps. And regardless of whether you are using gloves or not, I would always wash your hands when finished.

I would think if medical personnel use them to keep from spreading disease they're pretty durable as far as seepage goes... think you're pretty safe |

Unless you're making massive batches, I wouldn't even bother with the gloves. I get it all over myself all the time. No reaction to it. Just wipe it off on what's handy.

| Senior Member | That's funny. No, I was washing cart filler for the first time today, and I wore the gloves to keep from absorbing it through my skin. And when I was done I washed my hands too. But I started feeling a bit wired, and then got a bit paranoid. It could have been the coffee maybe. So, I thought i'd ask just to be sure.

You breath it in and absorb it that way and your fine. I wouldn't worry about getting it on your hands. Hell, I've had gasoline and oil soaking on my hands for several hours at a time working on cars and no ill affects. Don't worry.

I think the gloves should work. I definately get an effect through the skin though. Just the other day my heart started racing and I was feeling flushed when I noticed a drop on my skin (36mg strength). I used to rub in the 24mg stuff on my fingers without noticing any effects, but since I switched to 36mg I try to avoid ANY skin contact.
