    Default iPhone app

For anyone with an iPhone/iPod touch, there's a helpful app to keep track of your quitting progress.

There's actually a couple, but the one I've tried is called My Last Cigarette.

You enter in your stats - year you started, smokes per day, cost per pack, day you quit, and it keeps track of money saved, number of days you've been smoke free, lung health, days added to your life, carbon monoxide levels and circulation. I'm sure the information is not completely accurate, but it's a good motivator nonetheless.

Plus, anytime you feel you're on the verge of relapsing you can check out their daily pic which usually consists of cancer riddled organs, tumors and other pleasant imagery.

Interesting app. If I had an iPhone, I'd definitely get it.
