    Default New Style Batteries

Just got a couple of new pen style batteries, that 3 second cut off is a real pain. I seldom got bothered with the 5 second cut out but 3 seconds is too short.
I suspect they have done this to improve battery longevity but it is awkward. At least they don't seem to turn themselves on.

No, it was from BesteCig.com. I'm not sure if they have hit the UK suppliers yet but they will do

a pic of the new batteries..

the little pieces on the far right are the new activation switches.. the two at the top have been flashing away for the last twenty four hours..

the design is different.. and when we tipped a hundred onto the bench the display of flashing led lights was quite impressive... he he he

i havnt got around to testing one for real yet but i will do before they all get cut up..

we think they might be useful to people who make tiny sub miniature RC airplanes or who need very small lithium cells for some other reason.. we wont bin them..

one cell would power an indoor model airplane flight pack nicely.. mind u from a planet saving point of view they are going to a good a cause.. he he
