Hey,

I started with 24MG/ML. I used to smoke Marlboro Menthol Lights which is 0.7 mg Nic Per cig. I smoked 15 a day (average) so that is 10.5 mg nic per day.

I vap through about a cart & half on my JOYE 510 of 24MG/ML & I keep a steady light buzz all day.

I chain vape 18mg and hit on 36mg occasionally when I really need it.

I vape 24 mg most of the day and 0 mg in the evening.

I mix it up, usually just grab whatever flavor I am in the mood for, could be anywhere from 0 to 24. but I have noticed I want more nic in the morning and have learned to go with 0 nic at night so I don't have a buzz when I am trying to fall asleep.

I use 24mg for the first one in the morning, then 11mg during the day.

36mg to 48mg - I think I'll cut some of my next batch of 48 to 24 and see how that goes.

I was at 24 but lately I am on a HV 12 form Nhaler.. I found that many 12mg effected flavor and throat hit was harder to drop for that reason, but Drew cured that issue for me! I am also using the greencig carts (16mg) with that HV juice and if I need more in the morning I will just drip some 24 mg on the carts.

Wow- I think I take the cake for wussy. I'm at 9mg. For the first week, I spiked some 18 when needed, but it's totally unnecessary now.

I'm probably going to keep trying to go down til I hit 0. Might as well since I'm fine with 9mg. Next batch I dilute will be 8mg.

Most of the time it's 12mg for me with an occasional kick of 24 or 36 when I really need it. Sometimes I can also vape 0mg for long periods happily. Depends on mood.
