By the strict definition presented by the OP, I would be one who went cold turkey. Yet, I also see that I have replaced one habit with another. Since vaping does occupy my mind during much of my waking hours and continues to hit my bank account, I am still not free of the smoking-like experience and/or the grip of nicotine addiction. In any event, I am fairly certain I have greatly reduced the harm I was doing to myself as an analog smoker.
