What mg (strength) do you order your ecig nicotine in?

If I vaped 36 mg, I'd be flat on the floor! 11mg is high for me, but it's what I have to work with. My perfect cigarette was R1 from the Ukraine with 0.1mg so I'd like to find a formula similar to that.

Im the 36mg type.
I have built up a major tolerence over the years.

I started at 18, and was Hoovering it down, went to 24mg and it was ok, hit seemed harder, but the 36mg is perfect to me, i use it alot but not constantly now. I have gotten a small buzz here and there like the old days, but nothing bad, just enough that i know its there.

Most of the time I'm perfectly happy with the 11mg. I am however going to order a 16mg next time I order though so that I have something with that extra kick for the first vape of the morning or when I'm out and about and not able to vape all day like I do when I'm home.

I'm not sure what the mg. of my pen style starter kit had, just says high and medium. The medium are OK but a little weak, I prefer the high. (love the straeberry) Can't wait to get a sample pack so I can start mixing and come up with a SUPER flavor

LakotaRose You can buy Zero juice identical to the 11mg you are now using and mix them to get a lower dose .

Mix the Zero with 11 mg 50/50 and you will have 5.5mg juice .

Well, I smoked 10 0.8 mg cigarettes a day and to fight all the time to keep it at that low level. I started my e-cig experience with the lowest factory cartridge which should be 0.3 x 11 mg - much less that my normal inadequate reduced supply - and it was a really happy tobacco-free day. I have to fing some glycerin to dilute the 18 mg bottle I bought...

11 might be good for moderate smokers.

for the past while I've been smoking "make your owns", i.e. tobacco stuffed into a filter tube like a pre-made cig. I'd been buying Bugler tobacco from the states for this, as well as a few others. All strong, but they can't really give accurate nicotine info. All I know is I like A LOT OF IT. I can get by on about 10-12 smokes of that per day. I only order 36mg and 24mg. All hail CaSH 36mg!

Started with 36...stayed on that for 4 months,now use unflavored 48 mg , and looking for some 96mg to flavor down to 48.I vape pretty much nonstop 18 - 19 hrs a day.I also commute 100 miles round trip to and from work in Southern California traffic.
I'm a trucker and start at 3:00 am...get home around 7:00 pm each day.
