Those of you who have been able to quit smoking (be it a day to yrs), THEN went back to the wicked habit (addiction), do you "kick" yourself for being weak & breaking down & falling into familiar habits/routines?

One time that I stopped it was for six months and I did beat myself up about that, now although I've not had a real cig for some time I wouldn't as I know how easy it is to stop using e-cigs. I'm a nicotine addict, I don't think I can ever be anything else, so just try to get my fix in what I think is the safest way possible. No point beating yourself up, there are worse things in the world !!
Quitting is easy, I've quit hundreds of times. Seriously though I quit drinking after trying for a long time, so i cut my self some slack on the smoking...
