    Default PS passthough

I have my "going out" kit sorted out (JS and 510) but haven't got the ideal home vaping experience. you know, a big 5v PV that chucks out the vapor and gives that killer throat hit.

anyway i was wondering does the PS usb passthough deliver as much vapor as all the other big boys like the GG, prodigy, silver bullet etc... or is it just nowhere near as good?

    thanks.

sorry to double post but i just saw a review of the silver bullet, which seems nuts how good it is, would you say that the silver bullet is a better performer than the rest of the 510 mods (or adapters for mods)? because i really want a 5v killer machine. haha

When you look at a passthru, it will run (unless restricted like the Joye one with the battery) at the full 5 volts coming from the USB port on whatever it is you are connected to. Most devices with batteries run at either 3.7+ volts or 6+ volts since they use one or two batteries and thats what it adds up to. There are very few that use batteries and run at 5V since the batteries don't support it.. but the Prodigy will since it has a resistor dropping it down to 5 Volts.

So, if you go with a battery mod and want high power, make sure you are ready for 6 volts, and if you like the passthru voltage like me, then get the Prodigy with the resistor and continue with 5Volts.

Gets confusing, but there you have it...

Just though I would drop in that power is proportional to voltage squared, so going from 3.7 to 5 is not a 35% increase it's an 83% increase almost double the power and hence vapour hence nicotine.

okay thanks, can you buy the batteries for the silver bullet in hardware stores or do i have to order it with them because in england you can buy the silver bullet by its self for 65 pounds and with attys and chargers and stuff its a lot more. and i know a vary cheap place that does loads of cut price deals on electrical supplies.

and final question: is the silver bullet the (or the same as) biggest vapor producer of all the 6v mods?
