From my perspective e-juice seems cheap enough. It is a savings over cigarettes for me. Maybe the dealers are making a huge profit on it, then again maybe they are not. To be honest I hope they are making enough profit to stay in business and continue to provide their products and customer service. Then again if the price bothers you and you can find it cheaper then purchase from there. However by doing such you may find your choices limited in the future. When you need something quick and realize all the small businesses dealing with it are gone. Also when you need customer support good luck getting that from a factory in China. Just my thoughts and 2 cents. |

| Rusty - you must be a very liberal Scot to consider England a part of Scotland!! lol Last time I went to Aberdeen we got the typical helping of grey, wet weather whilst a couple of days later on the west coast we were up til midnight watching the setting sunset! Quite a contrast.... don't they say something like you're lucky if you get one sunny day in Aberdeen in a year?! My stance on this whole liquid thing is simple: We complained when we could only get the stuff from China and wanted more reliable local sources... now we have that but the economy is in a state so people want cheap. The problem is that it is a catch 22 situation: the economy needs our support - this means buy local, support local or else we lose the privileges of being able to get quick delivered quality liquids with great service, and not to mention people lose their jobs. In the end if we all were selfish in our buying choices of course we wouldn't have an economy. The reality is that most traders in UK (not just e-cigs) resell cheaper rebranded stuff originally made in China... does this mean I don't go to Argos because I can order that new stereo direct from Chinese manufacturer? No, I trust that they have done their homework into the 'best' possible product, they have a good customer service, quick on returns if there's a problem etc this alone to me is worth the extra buck for peace of mind alone. Remember that most of us here want easy access on these devices/liquid etc -in an ideal world that would be the cornershop down the road selling these, just like normal fags. Think about the consequences before you start sourcing overseas - you are actually - in the end - making ecigs less accesible for the rest of us by potentially putting suppliers out of business. Furthermore, by continuing to buy cheap, under regulated stuff from China, the knock-on effect will be alienating a potentially brilliant product to a local audience. What's more I find it absolutely hilarious, almost farsical that this whole thread was started by someone who quite clearly didn't have a care about money in the first place let alone a few quid here or there on e-liquid! Just me tuppence... |
