I was born and raised in AK, but I'm spoiled by these "tropical" climes in "sunny" San Francisco.

But anyway, they had some smart people a couple decades back, and created a Permanent Fund, untouchable by the legislature, to keep as a reserve against the day the oil runs out. The money is invested and a portion of the profits, after reinvesting the majority of it, gets paid out to the residents. And no, it's not paying them to live there; the oil and all other natural resources belong to the people, not the government. That's by the State Constitution. It's the people's fair share of what their resources have earned.

SANJP, I hope your not thinking about doing our bulk order from places that are not the UK or US. I worry about the ingredients from other places. Also, some of these places are now having red flags attached to shipping nicotine. Like I think China is going through one so I hope you weren't going to order form their. Also, during this economy it's nice to keep the money in places we know. No disrespect intended to those located elsewhere.
