I thought one of the reasons the price is higher here than in the US is because UK analogues are subject to much higher direct tax. I'm not aware of large tax differentials on e-liquid between the US and the UK - but I stand to be corrected on that. I accept many of the arguments made in support of local suppliers - but I don't think those arguments are any more relevant or valid to UK suppliers. So why the UK/US price differential? I'm not sure how big the differential is - has anyone looked at this systematically on a like-for-like basis? Is it explained by the 17.5% VAT (sales tax)? It's a pity the discussion has got so many backs up. I'd like to know if members participating in the bulk order find it was worthwhile and hope bruised egos don't stop that from happening. |

Well i don't feel im getting ripped off, i am paying a fair price for a product that i trust to be made up of what it says on the bottle and the service that go's with it. If you don't like it then go ahead that is your choice. Theres a lot more expensive things i could be smoking The Price of a Gallon: 47 liquids compared this is am interesting site! Oh an SANJP when you say "Trust me this will be a venture that will benefit every single e cig smoker in the long run !!" You got it the the wrong way around, it may benefit you in the short term but when all the local suppliers go out of business and your dodgy juice ends up delayed or worse still destroyed by customs how do you work that out to be better?? |

Freddo is the only one in the UK "that I know off" who has arranged a bulk order of liquid. Yes it was a success . |

Royal Smoker has 1.25L bottles of e-juice of every possible flavour and strength. I think it was like $130 or something.

Be sure to email about buying liquids from them. I was moments away from buying the 1.2 size...then learned that they dont ship to Canada.

One thing that I learned to do to save money is order 100ml of 36mg liquid from eastmall (no flavor), and then dilute it with PG ,VG and distilled water and flavor to make 200ml of 18mg juice.

Until information is presented otherwise, suppliers charge whatever they feel their product will sell for, we pay it or not. Simple enough system, really. It's not worth the time and effort to me right now to make my own, though I have the chemistry background to do so, so I'll pay their price until it's no longer worth it, then I'll do something else. It's neither good nor bad, it's capitalism. There are other options, and from what I've heard, I don't care for them. | |
